We operate 24 hours for transport services. Standard hours are 10:30am–5pm on weekdays. Services outside these hours are available with adjusted pricing.

We send photo updates during each visit or boarding stay so you can see your pet happy and comfortable. Just let us know your preferred communication method!

Yes! Locally we can move all types of pets and small domestic animals. We may need to discuss specific arrangements for some creatures, but we are very flexible and will do everything we can to accommodate any special requirements.

We can provide medications but we need to know what type before we can quote you. Call us for a discussion.

We monitor all pets closely and will contact you immediately if we notice anything unusual. In emergencies, we can transport your pet to your vet of choice right away — we operate 24 hours. Note: extra transport charges will apply.

For emergency or urgent cases, we will try to make the necessary arrangements to transport your pets to the Vet Clinic or Hospital as soon as possible. We may be busy with other jobs but will try our utmost to assist. Please note there will be a surcharge for last-minute or urgent transport cases.

Yes, just give us a call and we can advise you further. We can provide the pick-up and sending of your pet to the cremation centre.

We accept cash, PayNow, and PayLah. PayNow/PayLah via number 9489 0894.

There are no extra charges for sending up to two dogs/cats. We will factor in additional handling time if required for more than two animals.

Bookings must be made 48 hours prior to the Pet Sitting/Transport date. If there is a cancellation with less than 24 hours’ notice, a cancellation fee of $100 will be incurred.

Call us and we can advise you further on cost and travel documents and requirements for your pets. As travel and necessary medical checks and vaccines are required, you should call us as early as possible.
